Bezarr is an e-commerce marketplace service that connects customers with local vendors by offering coupons, deals, activities, tourism, goods and services in areas where cannabis is legal.
1. Personal Information We Collect
â€śPersonal Informationâ€? is information that can be used to identify, locate or contact an individual. Bezarr collects the following types of Personal Information.
Information Users Provide.
To register for our Services, users must provide identifying and contact information, including their name and email address. Users will be able to share their location with Bezarr so to better filter services, products and events in their area.
Bezarr will offer coupons, deals and other to users. Users will be able to make purchases using a variety of payment methods. When making purchases, users may be required to enter billing information, including name, billing address, credit card or other payment information, and billing email. This information is used and held by the third-party payment providers that Bezarr uses to process payments. Bezarr may also retain your billing information, transaction details, and purchase history for various purposes, including to help resolve subsequent billing disputes and inquiries.
You control what additional information, including Personal Information, you contribute by posting your User Content on the Services. So please use discretion when submitting any User Content on the Services. If you use our Services to disclose personally identifiable information, you should be aware that this information can be read, collected or used by other users or others. Bezarr moderates user content only after having been posted. Please see our Terms of Service for all guidelines on posting content.
Information Collected Using Cookies and other Web Technologies.
Like many website owners and operators, we use automated data collection tools such as Cookies and Web Beacons to collect certain information.
â€śWeb Beaconsâ€? (also known as web bugs, pixel tags or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier that may be included on our Services for several purposes, including to deliver or communicate with Cookies, to track and measure the performance of our Services, to monitor how many visitors view our Services, and to monitor the effectiveness of our advertising. Unlike Cookies, which are stored on the device, Web Beacons are typically embedded invisibly on web pages (or in an e-mail).

Log Data may include information such as a Userâ€™s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, the web page that a User was visiting before accessing our Services, the pages or features of our Services to which a User browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, search terms, the links on our Services that a User clicked on and other statistics. Third Party Plug-Ins. Third party plug ins may be available on the Services. Third party plug-ins include third party social media widgets, share buttons, login mechanisms and/or other social plugins from Google, Facebook, Twitter or other platforms, and may be subject to the privacy policies of these other companies as posted on their respective websites. When you use these features, certain information from your social media accounts may be accessed by or shared with Bezarr, and likewise, certain information about your use of Bezarr may be posted to a userâ€™s profile on those platforms.
Push Notifications. You may be given the option to receive push notifications while using our Services. In order to serve push notifications, Bezarr may need to collect your IP address and a persistent identifier from your device. You can turn off push notifications in your own device.
Information Sent by Your Device.
We collect certain information that your mobile device, laptop, or other device sends when you use our Services, like a device identifier, user settings and the operating system of your device, as well as information about your use of our Services.
2. How We Use and Share Personal Information
Protecting the personal information of our users is an important part of our business. We will never sell your personal data. We do not rent or sell personal information to anyone.
Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, to administer your use of the Services (including your Account), and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Services. We will use your Personal Information to:

Bezarr takes the security of personal data very seriously and employ security technology to safeguard our usersâ€™ information. We have implemented administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect the information that we collect from or about you (including your Personal Information) from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We also collect personal information from you only on SSL-protected (encrypted) access points and it is transmitted over the Internet only through an SSL-protected (encrypted) channel. From time to time, we review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.
